General Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds except as required by applicable law.
EU & EEA Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (per EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to):
- Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
- Goods that have been clearly personalized or customized
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
